Introducing the Catalyst Council

We are excited to announce the formation of the Catalyst Council which will serve as the governing body for the Anchor Point Initiative.

This council consists of dedicated leaders who not only uphold our values but also propel our mission forward. Their commitment inspires hope and ensures that everyone we serve has the opportunity to thrive.

Seeking Mission-Aligned Leaders

The Catalyst Council is looking for individuals who are ready to act with purpose and drive meaningful, lasting change. If you are passionate about our mission and eager to make a real impact, we want to hear from you.

We welcome candidates who bring a strong passion for mental health advocacy, community empowerment and professional experience in one or more of the following:

    • Mental healthcare and social services
    • Finance and/or law
    • Nonprofit governance
    • Public policy or advocacy
    • A commitment to bold, mission-aligned leadership
    • A collaborative mindset and willingness to actively participate

Mental Health & Healthcare Systems

Experience in mental health services or healthcare administration ensuring informed oversight and mission-aligned decision-making.

Strategic Planning & Organizational Growth

Proven ability to guide long-term vision, assess impact, and support sustainable growth through strategic planning, performance evaluation, and risk management.

Finance, Accounting & Fund Development

Skills in financial oversight, budgeting, grant stewardship, fundraising and donor relations to safeguard resources and support financial sustainability.

Nonprofit Governance & Ethics

Knowledge of nonprofit governance, fiduciary responsibility, and ethical leadership, with a strong understanding of compliance, accountability, and best practices for 501(c)(3) organizations.

Community Engagement & Advocacy

Strong ties to communities served, with experience in advocacy, outreach, and partnership development to reduce stigma and expand access to mental health resources.

Role Overview

As a member of the Catalyst Council, you will:

    • Provide strategic direction and oversight governance
    • Champion mental health equity and access
    • Support organizational growth, sustainability, and community impact
    • Actively engage in board initiatives, meetings, and key decisions

    Ideal Partner Clinician Candidates

    Anchor Point Initiative is actively recruiting licensed and pre-licensed mental health clinicians to join our movement to expand equitable access to care.

    As a Partner Clinician, you extend care to individuals who would otherwise go unseen and unsupported.

    Join our clinician network and help redefine access to mental health support. Must have:

      • Active licensure (or supervised pre-licensure status) in LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, or equivalent
      • Good standing with licensing board 
      • Commitment to ethical, client-centered care
